Grades are dehulled whole grain unless otherwise agreed. Tolerances are quoted against approved sample. The growing region and harvest season for a supplied lot are declared on its certificate of analysis. Full specification sheets are issued with quotations.

05 / QUALITY AND TESTING
Published limits
Every lot tested before it ships.
Testing is carried out at an accredited third-party laboratory. The laboratory’s accreditation reference appears on each certificate of analysis. Independent pre-shipment inspection is separate and arranged at your instruction.

Testing is carried out at an accredited independent laboratory, not an in-house bench. Certificates are issued by the laboratory in its own name.
Independent pre-shipment inspection
Available at your instruction and to your account: SGS, Bureau Veritas or Control Union. Our lab testing and your inspection are different things and both belong in the file.
Sealed retention samples
Held for 6 months in three sets: buyer, supplier and surveyor. Any claim can be assessed against the sealed sample rather than argued from correspondence.

Partner network
Contracted farms, separate lots, one variety per cluster.
We are a sourcing and export house. Grain is grown by contracted partner farms, processed at certified partner facilities, and kept as one lot from intake to container so the certificate of analysis resolves to a specific harvest.
